Description: Our client had just moved into a new home and wanted the old and poorly operating system boiler replaced with a new combination boiler. We planned to relocate the boiler from the kitchen up to the loft at the same time.

We always suggest that clients go away for a few days while we do this type of work as it can very invasive. In this case we had to pull up some of the tiled bathroom floor, part of one of the bedroom floors as well as board out the loft and drain the entire heating system which had NO built in drains. We also fit Thermostatic Radiator Valves to every radiator in the home.

We had all the work completed in time for their return and they were surprised that there was no mess, no damage and the only signs of our work was the missing boiler in the kitchen.
