Description: The tenants of this mid terrace called the property owner to complain that the boiler had stopped working; again! We were called out and after opening the boiler to start trouble shooting the first thing we noticed was that the gas valve had been disassembled by persons unknown and nop out back together properly. As well, the electrical connections were not terminiated properly and posed a risk.

The boiler was classified as immediately dangerous (ID). After consulting the property owner it was decided that for the cost of parts and labour to repair this old boiler and the fact that it was breaking down regularly it made more sense in the long run to replace it. We did!
