Bad Plumbers

The delivery driver who was also going to hook up the new washer and take away the old had to abandon his idea. He was unable to locate the washing machine valves in order to turn off the water.  It was the old hidden hose trick!

So we were called in and tasked with carefully removing sections of the carcass backing until we located the hose connections. We did get the water turned off and the old hoses removed. Once the old washer was out of the way the new one was installed quickly, tested and we departed.
