Advantis Home Maintenance Ltd. now known as Professional Property Maintenance  provides installation, servicing and repairs in the area of gas appliances, central heating, plumbing and electrics to home owners, letting agents, landlords and developers.

Every gas appliance new or used requires a permit to install and we are CORGI Registered allowing us to issue gas installation certificates. All but the most minor of electrical work also requires certification. Being registered with NIC EIC under Part-P allows us to issue certificates for installation and modification of electrical circuits. All of our electrical work carries a six year warranty underwritten by NIC EIC ensuring long term protection for your investment.

We frequently undertake minor work such as replacing a faulty light switch or the repair of a leaking tap. Kitchen appliance installations such as cookers, hobs and dishwashers are also catered for on a regular basis. Larger jobs such as complete central heating systems and house re-wires can also be scheduled. To round off our services we also provide landlords with yearly gas safety checks and offer planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
