Description: We were asked to remove a 4 ring hob and fan assist oven and replace it with a range style cooker. Also, due to lack of space the client wanted to have a counter top added where the tall fridges now stood. We also added a new extractor unit as the old one was faulty.

Description: The original en suite shower unit had been installed incorrectly in a number of ways. The base moved around when the client stood in the shower and the doors where mounted incorrectly. Also, the flexible waste pipe used was of very poor quality and destined for future leakage problems.
We removed the old shower which was mostly held in by silicone caulking! We trimmed the tiles in situ to enable us to fit the new high quality tray without damaging the tiles. Once the base was levelled and secure we connected a new waste pipe and tested for leaks. The doors were then installed and everything caulked to make it water proof. continue

Description: The client requested some outdoor mood lighting on their newly installed deck. After they selected the lights they wanted we hooked up the light posts and they were ready to enjoy the summer. Fortunately everything is waterproof. They live in Oldham! continue

Description: The old gas fire had a slight gas leak that could not be repaired due to lack of available parts. The client found the new fire they wanted and after tessting the old flue we installed it. The installation was straight foward and only took about an hour.

Description: The client had purchased this unvented cylinder from eBay and contacted us to install it. We had to acquire a few parts which are usually included by most retailers. We mounted and installed the tank and set up all of the safety features required to make it safe.
Just a quick note to those who install their own pipe work to save some money. Always follow the manufacturers instructions which usually require the use of inserts when using plastic/barrier pipe. This client had pipes his entire flat without using inserts and he flooded out his flat about a week after we departed. The pipe work he installed behind the shower popped out of the push fit tee and ran all day while he was at work. The place was ruined! If in doubt call the manufacturer or ask a plumber.

Description: The old system boiler was condemned by British Gas due to a gas leak. The parts were not available for this old boiler so a new one was specified. We mounted the boiler in the same location as the old one and tied in the pump and valve wiring to match the new configuration.

Description: The house required a new boiler and the client also wanted it moved to the basement area and out of the kitchen. There were some challenges as we had to use a very long flue run to get the system hooked up but we were able to accomplish the job as requested. We cleaned up some other issues that we found along the way and the house is now very cosy and fuel efficiency has gone way up.
