Qualifications

Advantis Home Maintenance Ltd is:

• Gas Safe Register registered – scheme previously run by CORGI

• Domestic Natural Gas Installations – CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1 – Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS)

• LPG and bottled gas – We no longer work with LPG or bottled Gas

• Solar Domestic Water Heating – Building Engineering Services – Accredited through CITB

• Un-vented cylinders – We no longer work with un-vented cylinders

• Combustion Performance Analysis – CPA1 – Accredited through NICEIC Group

• Electrical installation – domestic installer -Part-P compliant – Accredited through NAPIT

We have also undergone specialised training with the following companies:

• Honeywell – Control Installation, Part L1 Building regulations, Energy Conservation for Domestic Central Heating Systems

• Viessmann – Authorised installers for 100 &  200 series boiler (we are authorised to extend the existing three years parts and labour warranty to five years)

• Viessmann – Electrocnic control systems

• Worcester – We have undertaken many courses to keep us current on boiler technology as new boilers are released onto the market
