Description: A granny flat, an old house, a builder and a lot of issues surround this job we undertook in Ashton. The building works ending up taking about six months and in that time the owner had no heat, no running water5, no gas and only a few utility plugs that the workers weren’t using at night. My advice is NEVER live on a building site no matter how economic you think it is! Our job was to install the required unvented cylinder to supply one full kitchen, one bed sit kitchen, one full bathroom, the bedsit bathroom and two en suites as well as supply enough heating for this VERY large property. continue
